Job Title: Digital Engineering Team Lead
Location: Cowes, Isle of Wight - on site

You will join our close-knit, multi-function radar team as a Digital Engineering Manager , working alongside a diverse group of inter-disciplinary engineers. In this role, you will help shape and advance our radar portfolio—spanning both established systems and innovative new products designed to meet emerging and future threats. This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your expertise and grow your career within a global organisation. You will be supported in expanding your knowledge of modern and cutting-edge radar techniques, with the chance to further develop your technical leadership skills and responsibilities.
