A community service organization is seeking a Digital Content & Design Creator to enhance its online presence. This role involves creating engaging graphics and videos, managing social media, and collaborating with teams to communicate the organization's social impact. You\u2019ll be part of a small, passionate team that\u2019s all about raising St Anne\u2019s profile and showcasing the incredible work we do.
You\u2019ll take the reins on exciting content projects designing, shaping, and supporting colleagues and clients to create content that\u2019s clear, accessible, and full of personality. You will lead content projects that celebrate our social impact, EDI events, business wins, and fundraising; you\u2019ll be at the heart of it all.
You will create graphics and videos, manage the usual socials and develop our Bluesky, TikTok, and YouTube channels (adobe premier pro editing suite).
We ask that you share your expertise across services including learning disability, mental health, homelessness, detox, and supported living to help people design and create their own content. We call this co-production, it\u2019s critical to the way we work.
You will also need to write compelling copy that connects with people, making sure our messaging is on-point across all of the socials.
Please note: We cover the North of England. From Hull, across the North East, and most of Yorkshire. This means you will need to drive and have use of a vehicle for work, to capture your content.

SOCIAL MEDIA
Co-design and deliver an annual social media strategy, involving our EDI and co-production calendar.
CONTENT CREATION/ DESIGN SUPPORT
Review colleague/client-supplied content, providing feedback and improvement recommendations, and supporting where necessary.
Create and maintain templates and structured guidelines for our regulated service (Adult Social Care and Housing) documentation.
QUALITY
Ensure final content meets quality standards before publication.
BUSINESS SUPPORT
Assist with fundraising/marketing efforts, supporting blog writing, and digital case studies for bids and tenders and social impact.
Provide guidance on content SEO best practices, balancing searchability with readability.
TRAINING DELIVERY
Lead training workshops for colleagues and clients on content creation and strategy.
Develop training materials, guides, and best practice documentation.
STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT/CUSTOMER SERVICE
Act as the first point of contact for colleagues and clients, ensuring their content and accessibility questions are handled professionally and effectively.
COLLABORATION & CO-PRO
Work closely with the Business Development Team and the People Team to align content with departmental needs and accessibility best practices.
