Diagnostic Service Manager. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee and shape the delivery of high-quality diagnostic services across our facilities, ensuring exceptional patient care and operational excellence. What we’ll need you to bring
  • Educated to postgraduate/masters level or equivalent experience, ideally with an MBA or MSc in management.
  • Demonstrable senior managerial experience with a track record of implementing organisational change and effective resource management.
  • Proven leadership and staff management experience, fostering cohesive and motivated teams.
  • Ability to build trust and cooperation during periods of rapid and complex change.
  • Expertise in planning, organising, directing, and controlling diverse staff, with in-depth knowledge of costing, personnel, risk, information, and quality systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of NHS Scotland, its policies, and strategic objectives.
