Overview

Salary

Salary - £37,050 - £44,850 per annum FTE + NHS pension + 25 days annual leave + 1 week study leave + Wellbeing day + Bank Holidays excluded

Your role
  • Full time or part-time Practice Nurse
  • Minimum hours requirement - 16 hours per week
  • Primarily treating the practice\'s long-term Diabetes patients
  • Involved in some traditional practice nurse duties, but not a core focus
  • Primarily face to face appointments - 10-30 mins in length
  • Working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary general practice team
  • Diabetes experience is essential
  • Primary Care experience preferred but NOT essential
