This is arguably the most exciting insurance company in the market right now.
Currently enjoying 20% year on year growth, and with plans to double in size over the next 5 years, this organisation is investing heavily in the growth of its broker distribution arm.
“Nationally, and internationally, this is an all-eyes-on project. The launch of our Cyber Division is the highest profile development in this business at present – these are crucial positions and your successes will be visible to the Board on both sides of the Atlantic”, says the Director of this specialist insurer.
The UK SME Cyber market offers a compelling opportunity for dynamic insurers. It currently delivers circa £300M in gross written premiums across the UK and is expected to grow by 15% annually over the next five years. Creating a standalone UK SME Cyber proposition represents a significant growth initiative for this insurer’s UK Broker Channel Unit, which is already its largest and fastest-growing division.
The new operating model includes a dedicated Cyber team, comprising some of the most talented Underwriters in the niche, supported by a scalable digital trading capability.
We are seeking experienced Cyber Development Underwriters or Cyber Underwriters interested in a more broker-facing role, including DU’s from related insurance disciplines with a passion for Cyber.
