Development Technologist - Fixed Term Contract - Six Months

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the full end-to-end product development process.
• Be part of an established development team working on a broad mix of new product launches and product optimisation projects, gaining exposure across all functions.
• Lead product trials and oversee multiple projects to challenging deadlines.
• Engage in both strategic initiatives and day-to-day product development activity.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Technical, and wider business teams.
• Direct engagement with customers, including supporting visits and presentations.
• Maintain full ownership across the end-to-end product development process - from initial concept through to factory launch and beyond.
