We are looking for a Development Manager & Analyst EMEA to join our team, helping to expand our luxury serviced apartment portfolio across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This is a key position where you will identify, research and analyse new business opportunities for our portfolio, by conducting market research, building financial models, and creating feasibility studies to support investment decisions and strategic growth plans.

This position will also focus on market analysis, site evaluation, and preparing presentations for internal committees and stakeholders. Success in the role requires strong analytical skills, financial modelling capabilities, market research expertise, and excellent communication for collaboration and reporting.
