Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering design services within a Work Winning and/or Project Delivery environment.
• Leadership skills to deliver design services in a timely manner with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation of design proposals.
• Chair design team meetings and manage relationships with the project team.
• Lead the implementation of digital protocols and ensure BIM management.

Skills

Experience working within the public sector on Education or custodial schemes

Delivery of all stages of design, particularly focused on site delivery

Competent user of MS packages (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Comprehensive site experience in engineering or site management role

Well developed Technical Construction knowledge

Knowledge of current Building Regulations

Degree qualified in a relevant construction subject

Understanding of M&E design and interface with build

Education

Degree qualified in a relevant construction subject

Tools

Powerproject Teamplan or similar

Collaborative platforms such as 4Projects
