What You'll Do

Lead the interface management process across various design teams, ensuring the compatibility and construction feasibility of all designs. Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external designers and subcontractors. Organise and manage design interface meetings, ensuring alignment with the project delivery schedule. Produce and maintain interface management plans and schedules, ensuring that all designs meet programme priorities. Champion a safety-first culture and Zero Harm on-site throughout all project phases.

What We're Looking For

• A degree in Engineering (or working towards professional qualification)
• Relevant experience in major project construction, particularly in civil, structural, and tunnelling works
• Strong leadership skills, with a collaborative approach to team coordination and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and technical expertise in design review, BIM execution, and model management
• Proficiency with 3D and 4D modelling software, BIM clash detection, and design management processes
