Qualifications

  • Relevant Health and Social Care qualification at Level 3 or above.
  • Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Leadership or coaching experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Support Manager in leading teams and delivering person-centered support.
  • Mentor teams and coach support staff.
  • Support individuals in designing their support plans.

Skills

Relevant Health and Social Care qualification at Level 3 or above
Proven experience supporting people with learning disabilities
Leadership or coaching experience
Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, and care regulations
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
Confidence in using digital systems
