We are seeking an experienced and dynamicDeputy Store Director to join our flagship store in Old Bond Street, London. In this pivotal role, you will support the Store Director in overseeing the daily activities of the boutique, with a strong focus on front-of-house excellence. You will lead the sales team by example, ensuring the highest levels of customer experience, boutique presentation, and performance.

Your Contribution to the Role
  • Support the Store Director in the management of the boutique, with a hands-on focus on client-facing activities.
  • Lead and inspire the sales team, fostering a client-centric culture and upholding brand values.
  • Ensure a consistently exceptional client experience by monitoring service standards, floor presence, and team behavior.
  • Drive sales performance through personalized selling, customer retention, and clienteling strategies.
  • Supervise floor operations and ensure optimal team coverage and sales support throughout the day.
  • Work in close collaboration with Visual Merchandising and Back of House to ensure the boutique maintains impeccable standards.
  • Mentor and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and performance monitoring.
  • Act as a key point of contact for VIP clients and manage critical in-store situations with discretion and professionalism.
