A leading education recruitment agency is seeking a motivated Deputy SENCO for a full-time role in Kings Norton, Birmingham. The position starts immediately or in January 2026 and runs until July 2026. You will support the SENCO in managing the SEN department and promoting an inclusive learning environment. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of SEND provision and excellent communication skills. Competitive daily rates offered from £143.59 to £184.62.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy SENCO to join a fantastic school in Kings Norton, Birmingham. This full-time, temporary position will begin ASAP to allow for a smooth handover, although we are happy to hold off until January 2026 for the right candidate. The role will run until 17th July 2026, offering a unique opportunity for a long-term commitment with the potential for impact within the school's SEN provision.
As Deputy SENCO, you will work closely with the SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to support students with special educational needs and ensure that they have the appropriate resources, support, and interventions to succeed. You will play a key role in promoting an inclusive learning environment and working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
