Qualifications

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Montessori qualification).
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
  • Paediatric First Aid (preferred).
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare.

We are recruiting for 3 Deputy Room Leads for our Baby Rooms in Richmond.

Job Title: Qualified Deputy Room Lead (Level 3)

This role would suit anybody that has experience as an Early Years Educator.
