Working alongside the Nursery Manager, you\'ll ensure the smooth running of the nursery, support staff development, and maintain the highest standards of care and education across beautifully designed playrooms and an expansive outdoor learning space. Responsibilities
  • Support the Nursery Manager with day-to-day operations of the nursery
  • Lead, mentor, and develop staff to ensure high standards of practice
  • Oversee the planning and delivery of engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Ensure the nursery provides a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment indoors and outdoors
  • Build strong, positive relationships with families, staff, and external partners
  • Maintain compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
  • Level 3 Early Years Educator (or equivalent)
  • Experience: Proven background in an early years setting, and within a leadership role (Room Leader, Deputy Nursery Manager)
  • Knowledge: Excellent understanding of child development, the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and compliance
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organisation, and communication abilities
