A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Deputy Nurse Manager to join the management team of a luxury nursing home. This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) who is passionate about delivering outstanding care, confident in leading a team, and committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults.

As Deputy Nurse Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Home Manager, providing clinical leadership, and ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care are consistently delivered. Key Responsibilities
