A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Deputy Manager (Supernumerary) to join a highly regarded 70-bed nursing home located in Southall. This well-established home provides exceptional General Nursing and Dementia Care, and is rated 'Good' across all areas by the CQC.

Role

As Deputy Manager, you will play a vital leadership role within the home, working closely with the Home Manager to maintain high standards of care, compliance, and team support. This is a supernumerary position, giving you dedicated time to focus on staff development, audits, and care planning without being counted in the daily rota.
