Main duties of the job

The Deputy Manager - Nurse Qualified will be responsible for collaborating with the Home Manager and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the home runs smoothly. This role involves all aspects of excellent nursing and residential care, open communication, supporting budgetary and financial controls, and overseeing human resources. Responsibilities
