The salary for this role is £26,936.00 - £31,014.88

QCF Level 3 qualification essential

This role is a Full-Time Permanent contract for 37 hours per week.

Our residential services provide accommodation and support for autistic adults 52 weeks a year, 24 hours a day in urban and rural settings. We also provide supported living services for autistic adults who need extra help to live in their own homes or within our accommodation, whether as tenants or owner occupiers, living alone, or with others. What we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager with the passion to work with our fantastic teams. You’ll be resilient, supportive and sensitive towards the needs of autistic people. Suitable candidates must have a QCF Level 3 qualification. You will have experience of management and/or shift leading within a social care setting. Being a Deputy Manager takes leadership skills, patience and commitment. The people we work with want to be supported to do the things they want to do and to live the lives they choose. This role provides highly skilled support to help achieve this. This role also supports the mentoring, development and managing of developing team members and assists with the smooth running and management of the service. Part of this role will include a mixture of shifts that will include admin days and support work.

The role includes:
