Deputy Headteacher - SEMH School, Scunthorpe. Up to 55K Full Time (40 hours/week). Ofsted Good School.

Leader Group is delighted to be supporting the recruitment of a Deputy Headteacher for our client, a well-established specialist SEMH school in Scunthorpe. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and committed leader to make a lasting impact in a school rated Good by Ofsted. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading staff, driving school improvement, and supporting the Headteacher with both strategic planning and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a visible and proactive member of the senior leadership team.
  • Lead on staff development and embed best practice across the school.
  • Support the Headteacher with the School Development Plan.
  • Contribute to whole-school improvement and student outcomes.
  • Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.
