We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Deputy Food & Beverage Manager to support the management of our food and beverage operations. You’ll help lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences.
As Deputy Food & Beverage Manager, you'll oversee multiple dining areas, working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, to maintain and exceed high service standards. You’ll oversee the entire spectrum of the food and beverage operations and assist in driving commercial performance, control costs, recruitment and optimise revenue - whilst ensuring our members and guests receive high quality dining experiences.
Your role includes supporting the management of inventory, supplier relationships and facility upkeep. Additionally, you'll assist with monitoring rotas and payroll and support team development with continuous collaboration with senior management.
