Overview

A new opportunity has become available for an Experienced Dental Receptionist to join an established, fully private specialist practice located in London, N6. Start date: October 2025. This role is full time.

Hours: 9am – 5pm; Late nights 5:30pm – 7:30pm; Overtime 08:30am – 9:00am; Occasional Saturdays 08:30am – 12:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient treatment plans and the reception office, including cashing up.
• Provide reception duties in a high-end, multidisciplinary private practice with Orthodontists, Implantologists, Endodontists, Hygienists and Private Associates.
• Assist in surgery if required.
• Coordinate with clinical teams and ensure smooth patient flow and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a complex dental practice with good knowledge of dentistry and specialist dentistry.
• GDC registration is ideal.
• Ability to manage reception operations and support the practice’s private, multidisciplinary environment.

Compensation

Salary: £35k – £37k per year

Overtime: £25 per hour
