While others might call you delivery drivers, here at Ocado Logistics our Customer Service Team Members play a vital role, delivering top quality products on time and in an efficient manner. You’ll be out on the road whatever the weather, but you’ll never have to fight over the radio station, and you can sing along as loud as you like! In return, we use our automated technology to pre plan your route and pre-load your van. Everyone likes their groceries at different times, so our working patterns will involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays. You will receive premiums that will increase your average hourly earnings to £13.75 per hour, and you can stack your earnings further with enhanced overtime to fund those special occasions. All your breaks are paid, meaning for every minute at work you get paid.

Driving Licence Requirements:
Some deliveries involve handling alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply. As this is a customer-facing role, good communication skills are essential.
Contract Type: Permanent
Contract Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks)
Contracted days: You will be required to work any 5 days out of 7, 8 hour shifts. Further information provided during pre-boarding.
Shifts: AM & PM. You may start as early as 05:30 and finish as late as 00:00. You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.
Pay Structure: The position is paid on a 4-week cycle. This means you will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule.
