Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, prioritising workload effectively.
• Lead new build and refurbishment projects through all phases of construction.
• Report progress, risks, and budget performance to senior stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.
