Job summary

A leading logistics company is seeking an Operational Trainer for their British Gypsum site in Nottingham. Responsibilities

• Deliver key training material to drivers at the site either on the site or in a classroom environment.
• Be involved in site inductions to new starters, refresher training and QHSE training.
• Be an advocate for health & safety ensuring we are always operating in a safe environment.
• Support our ‘step-up’ members of the team in their development at the site.

Can you influence effectively in order to get the message across? We are recruiting for an Operational Trainer at our British Gypsum site in Gotham. This is a full‑time role and is a great opportunity for someone to develop their career within XPO!
