A community support charity in Andover is seeking an enthusiastic Day Service Manager to lead and develop their PODS service. We are looking for an enthusiastic Day Service Manager to lead and develop our PODS service. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high quality and person-centred support, and create an environment where young adults can grow, learn and flourish.
You will manage a team of Support Workers and a Support Supervisor, ensuring the service is safe, compliant and continuously improving.
About You
Purple Oak Support have been serving the communities of Andover and the surrounding areas for over 55 years. What started out as a concerned group of parents whose children has a learning disability, has now turned into a charity which provides supported living services, domiciliary care, community support and children’s respite.
