• Knowledge of HVAC and building services (water, gas, heating, ventilation, waste).
• Flexible attitude with a 'Can-do' approach.
• Ability to maintain computer-based and hardcopy systems for inspections.
• Capacity to work independently on an on-call system.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine PPM to mechanical and electrical plant.
• Complete reactive tasks and highlight areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with statutory PPM requirements.
• Maintain plant in serviceable order by remedying faults swiftly.
• Provide parts lists and estimated timescales for remedial works.
