An NHS healthcare trust in Chester is looking for a passionate nurse to support health services for children in care, including unaccompanied asylum-seeking children. The role involves conducting health assessments, working flexibly, and collaborating with the Supporting Independence Team. We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated, innovative and experienced nurse to join our team. We are a small team of nurses who work together to ensure the health of children in care, including those looked after by Cheshire West local authority or living within our area from other parts of the UK.
Work includes both office and travel. Access to suitable transport is required.
