Customer Team Member

Location: 7 Princess Street, Knutsford, WA16 6BY

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

What you'll do
  • Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first: respond to queries, champion Co‑op products and Membership, and deliver a great shopping experience
  • Work together to make everyone's day better – support store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
  • Make sure the store is safe and legal – keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates and temperatures are correct
  • Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with colleagues so everyone learns together
  • Support your local community – get involved in activities and events
