Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via chat.
  • Translate technical issues into clear explanations.
  • Investigate technical problems with the Engineering team.
  • Share customer feedback with internal teams.
  • Gain product knowledge to become an expert user.
  • Identify recurring issues to enhance the product experience.
  • Support the Onboarding team with client data import.
