As a Customer Support Sales Engineer, you will:

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.

Support clients by sizing and selecting appropriate items.

Provide technical support and product recommendations tailored to customer needs.

Liaise with engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.

Details of this Customer Support Sales Engineer role:

Salary: Starting salary from £24,500 DOE

Work-Life Balance: Option to work contracted hours over 4 days (subject to workload)

Holiday: 30 days including statutory, rising to 33 after 1 year

Bonus: Annual business performance bonus (non-contractual)

Pension: Auto-enrolment with enhanced employer contribution after 3 years
