A leading insurance company in the UK is looking for a Customer Success Manager to oversee telematics programmes and drive positive driving outcomes. You will collaborate with various teams to optimize solutions and ensure compliance. Candidates should have experience in motor insurance, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Salary circa £45,000-£55,000

In the role you will monitor the telematics programme performance to spot trends, risks and opportunities, and share clear reports that highlight improvements and next steps. You’ll work with product, underwriting, technical and operations teams – plus our telematics partners – to resolve issues, optimise solutions and shape new features and strategies. You’ll also design driver coaching programmes that use telematics insights to spark positive behaviour change, improve road safety and keep compliance on track.
