Job Description: Lead strategic customer success at an early-stage AI HR Tech startup. You'll deploy and configure cutting-edge AI recruiting agents for enterprise clients, build deep relationships with senior stakeholders, and drive commercial growth. This hands-on role involves shaping the product and scaling processes in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.

Location: Berlin, Germany

The ideal candidate:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in roles engaging with medium/large corporates or high-growth scale-ups (e.g., consulting, solution engineering, CS, talent acquisition).

  • Native-level German speaker and fluent in English, to serve a strong German client base.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and ownership mindset, with technical comfort (basic Python) to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
