• Reporting to the Sales Director and supervising the sales administration team
• Managing, mentoring and training team and ensuring KPIs were achieved
• Ensuring a top level of customer service provided and customer queries managed effectively
• Processing customer orders from instigation stage through to successful delivery
• Providing administrative support for the field based sales team when needed
• Working closely with procurement, operations and quality departments to manage client needs
