A leading logistics business is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their Daresbury site. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 3 Customer Service Representatives, assisting with escalations, and ensuring the delivery and improvement of the Customer Experience.
You will work closely with the Transport team to meet customer expectations, handle customer service and administrative duties, and be involved in KPI reporting for clients and stakeholders. The role also involves training team members, analyzing areas for improvement, and proactively enhancing customer service quality. Additionally, you will assist with order processing and collaborate with operations and sales departments.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Customer Service and Administration, with some management experience. Experience in Transport or Logistics is highly beneficial. The candidate should be confident, a strong communicator, capable of working under pressure, and proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
