I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager who is able to lead customer operations, transform ways of working, implement scalable processes and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Drive transformational change across customer service function, both strategic and hands on
  • Design, implement and continuously improve processes that enhance quality, efficiency and satisfaction
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align customer service strategies with business goals
  • Support, coach, mentor and up-skills members of the team
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally for a growing or transformation focused business
  • Demonstrated success of process transformation and improvement
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and inspire others
  • Strong communication and CRM skills
