Location: South Manchester (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 remote)

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 DOE + benefits

Responsibilities
  • Responding to client and contractor queries by phone, email, and live chat
  • Supporting onboarding processes and system navigation
  • Building strong relationships to ensure positive customer experiences
  • Working with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance across processes
  • Providing feedback to help improve processes, products, and service delivery
About You
  • Experienced in customer service, ideally within payroll, umbrella, recruitment, or a fast-paced office environment
  • An excellent communicator — clear, professional, and confident on phone and email
  • Strong on organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, approachable, and keen to learn new systems and processes
  • A real team player who enjoys solving problems and supporting clients
