💷 Basic salary £24,735 + bonus (£4k–£6k) | OTE Circa £30k

🕑 Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:30pm shifts | No weekends!

The role

As part of a new team of multi-skilled Customer Service Executives, you’ll :

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls about a range of financial products
  • Deliver excellent service while also spotting opportunities to have sales conversations
  • Put the customer at the heart of every interaction
  • Uphold the highest standards in line with financial services expectations

About you
