Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in East Midlands is seeking a Customer Service Co-ordinator to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You'll co-ordinate order fulfilment, manage customer communications, and process orders using ERP systems. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service, proficiency in MS Office, and attention to detail. This position offers full-time hours and is a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.

Overview

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Join our client, a leading manufacturing company in the industrial vehicle sector, and play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction. With an immediate start available, this is your chance to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate customer order fulfilment with precision.
  • Liaise with site production and keep customers updated on delivery status.
  • Process customer sales orders efficiently using the ERP system.
  • Raise stock replenishment orders as needed.
  • Manage and update customer portals for key accounts seamlessly.
  • Establish, manage, and update customer price lists accurately.
  • Input Bills of Materials (BOMs) for parts in manufacture, liaising with the Commercial & Manufacturing team as required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Customer Service or sales administration role.
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer literate.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems for processing orders.
  • An eagerness to learn about Bills of Material.
  • Experience in document control and administration is a plus.

Working details

Working Hours: Monday- Thursday 8am-4:30pm & Friday 8am-1pm

Duration Of Contract: 9 months FTC (Maternity cover)
