The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will deliver an outstanding experience for our customers. This includes booking customers at reception, acting as a point of contact for customer questions, spotting sales opportunities, hosting individuals and parties, keeping the centre clean and tidy, and preparing and serving food and drinks. As a Pin Technician, you will ensure that all bowling equipment and lanes are maintained to a high standard. You will carry out preventative maintenance, undertake general building maintenance as instructed, and repair equipment in a timely fashion. Your role also involves working efficiently, showing initiative, being friendly, and upholding exceptional customer service. Confidence and comfort with customer interactions are also required.
