Full-Time | £26,000 – £28,500 + Monthly Bonus | 40 Hours/Week
Join the Launch of a Brand-New Facility in Maldon!
A new self-storage site is opening in Maldon, and we’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Advisor to play a key role in its success. If you love providing great service, enjoy working towards targets, and want to be part of an ambitious, growing team – we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Customer Interaction: Be the friendly face and voice of the store – handling enquiries in person and over the phone with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Sales-Focused Support: Convert leads, upsell services, and meet team sales targets through excellent product knowledge and rapport building.
• Day-to-Day Operations: Keep the store clean, organised, and customer-ready.
• Admin Tasks: Process contracts, manage account queries, and ensure paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Adaptability: No two days are the same – so bring your multitasking A-game!

What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years in a customer service, sales, or admin role
• A confident communicator with a great telephone manner
• Comfortable using MS Office and general IT systems
• A proactive self-starter who works well in a close-knit team
• Organised, reliable, and ready to take ownership of tasks

Your Weekly Schedule (on a 4-week rota):
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8-hour shifts between 8am–6pm
• Thursday: 8-hour shift between 8am–8pm
• Saturday: 9am–6pm
• Sunday: 10am–4pm
