Job Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be at the forefront of the business handling a range of queries from clients in relation to their existing products and services. You will uphold a high‑class experience, providing the best support and guidance while ensuring targets and service level agreements are met. The role involves working alongside other teams within the business to investigate any issues or more technical problems; you will use your excellent problem‑solving and customer‑service skills to achieve quick resolution for each client. Mainly the role will involve corresponding with customers over the phone and via email.
