A top tier consultancy firm in Greater London is looking for a Customer Service Advisor for a remote, 6-month contract. The role requires prior customer service experience and proficiency in Welsh to communicate effectively with stakeholders. You will be responsible for problem-solving and contributing to Back Office tasks, working Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. This position offers a pay range of £12 to £16 per hour, making it an attractive opportunity for skilled candidates.
