A leading accident repair group in Wakefield is seeking a Customer Journey Specialist to manage vehicle inspections and customer interactions. Responsibilities include ensuring timely vehicle collection and delivery, addressing customer needs, and performing administrative tasks. Successful candidates will have a Full UK Driving License and demonstrate strong organizational skills. Salary: £30,000 per annum with an increase on completion of 6 month probation.
Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 2 Saturdays depending on business needs.

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Accident Repair Centre in Wakefield. The position is a high-profile role within the business and your general job functions include controlling all elements of the site’s administration. The post holder will ensure all customer vehicles are collected and delivered in an efficient, timely and professional manner, providing an exceptional standard of customer service at all times.
