Key Responsibilities
  • Providing high‑quality helpdesk‑style support via telephone and email
  • Navigating internal systems and following established processes

  • Taking ownership of queries and ensuring timely resolutions
  • Meeting agreed team KPIs and service excellence standards
  • Developing a strong understanding of company products, systems and procedures
