We are recruiting for a Customer Sales Executive to a dynamic team in Hove. This role sits within the Customer Service and Sales department, where you'll play a key role in driving business growth. You'll support Field Specialists by scheduling appointments, following up on quotes, and helping to increase sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in a sales-focused environment and be confident speaking with customers in both B2B and B2C settings.

Responsibilities

• Converting quotes into confirmed sales
• Communicating with customers via telephone, email, social media, and online chat
• Responding to customer queries and requests
• Scheduling and managing customer appointments

Requirements

Role Details

This is a full-time, permanent office-based role in Hove. You'll work Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, with one evening shift per week and one Saturday shift per month.

Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 DOE, with an OTE of £29,000 - £33,000.
