A leading transportation company in Berkeley is seeking a part-time Customer Service Agent to enhance customer experiences at Stroud Station. You will be responsible for selling tickets, providing information, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills and a passion for customer service, with a commitment to maintaining community links.
Stroud is a beautiful and historic station, with strong ties to the local community. As part of our dedicated station team, you'll help to look after this landmark and play a key role in maintaining and nurturing our valued community links.
We're looking for someone who can confidently and impartially sell our full range of tickets and services, while always putting customer needs first. You'll provide friendly, accurate information and assistance, and ensure the station environment remains welcoming and well maintained.
Please note: this role involves lone working.
