A recruitment agency is seeking a Customer Relations Administrator in Redhill. This role emphasizes administration tasks, requiring strong problem-solving and communication skills. Our client is expanding their internal customer relations department further. The team is based within the call centre department, but this is NOT a call centre role. The position is predominately administration based, with main duties being centred around emails, researching & collating facts to back up or reject possible complaints.
