We’re on the lookout for a part-time Customer Experience Coordinator to join us at The Pet Vet Doncaster. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly, well-established team, dedicated to consistently wowing our customers by delivering exceptional customer service.

This role covers 20 hours per week and 1 in 4 weekends.

What we’re looking for

We're seeking a customer service superstar who can help create a positive, welcoming, friendly, and efficient environment for customers and their pets.

Our Customer Experience Coordinators are often the first point of contact for customers—greeting them at reception or on the phone. This role is crucial in making a fabulous, long-lasting impression!

We provide comprehensive training and CPD opportunities through the BVRA (British Veterinary Receptionist Association).

Our deskless reception at The Pet Vet Doncaster involves greeting customers and their pets, guiding them to the waiting area, and completing check-in on a tablet while discussing services like Pet Health Plans. After appointments, the clinical team hands the customer back to our Customer Experience team for check-out and questions.

We're looking for someone who is outgoing, proactive, confident, and happy to support our customers in this way.
