Pay and Hours

Customer Delivery Driver rate starts from £13.35/hour; increases to £14.56 inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). Your shifts will be scheduled within the specified availability windows, with 3 weeks’ notice provided.

We support flexibility; if your available times closely match but are not exact, we’d still love to hear from you.

Customer Focus

As the face of Tesco on the road, you’ll deliver from Lands’ End to John O’Groats, meeting customers in their homes daily. This role involves more than driving; it’s about helping others and delivering excellent service with a smile.

The role is hands-on, physical, and varied. No two shifts are the same. You’ll deliver to customers independently but have support from managers and colleagues back at base.
