A family-run grocery chain seeks a Customer Assistant (Specialist) in Kirkby Lonsdale. In this part-time role, you will engage with customers while working on various product counters such as raw meat, fish, and deli. A friendly manner is essential, and you will receive tailored training to excel in providing a delightful shopping experience. Salary ranges from £9.80 to £12.30 per hour depending on age, with a commitment to excellent customer service at the core of the position.

This is a part time role with a contract of 30 hours per week.

As part of our Counters team, you will be working on our Raw, Fish, Deli, Cheese and Hot Counters, and you will be working with a variety of raw meat, fish and dairy products. You will have high degree of customer interaction and should therefore have a friendly, polite and approachable manner. You don't need retail experience to join our family. As with our bespoke training you will become an expert in delighting our customers with our warm northern welcome and creating a magical shopping experience for our customers.
